It is surrounded by high walls, which provide a sense of privacy in the bustling Fort. The property is rented out in its entirety, which allows guests the run of the house. There is an onsite manager to cater to all needs from preparing meals to planning excursions.
Entering onto the front verandah, through an unassuming front door your eyes are drawn along the hallway leading all the way through to the pool area. On either side of the hallway there are two bedroom suites.
Bedroom 1 contains a downstairs sitting room and bathroom. The upstairs loft contains a double bed. Bedroom 2 contains a sitting room / kids play area and bathroom on the lower level and two single beds in the loft. The rooms are furnished with carefully selected antique pieces from around Sri Lanka. The floors are handcrafted out of teak wood.
The central hallway opens onto an open plan living and dining area open to the pool area. Off the pool area is a newly renovated, modern kitchen available for guests' use.
The second floor hosts the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The beautiful outside sitting area and sun deck on the second floor balcony allow for a cool breeze coming through from the ocean.
