This luxury villa is situated in Godagama, Telwatte, Hikkaduwa on the land side across the beach. 3 miles to Hikkaduwa town .
Walk in distance to Parkview Seafood Buffet . 1 mile north or south of the villa there is a safe beach for swimming.
The house included 2 large balconies overlooking Indian Ocean. The house consists of fully furnished 3 bedroom & sleep 8, xtra bed avilable, 3 bathrooms, fully air condition, Hot water.
Master bedroom has 2 king size beds including mosquito nets around the beds.
It is also close to the famous Seenigama Dewalaya which is a historic buddhist temple.
The ground floor consist of an entrance, living room with flat screen TV, radio with CD player. Also there is a dining table and chairs, stereo tv and fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerater, microwave oven, blender, pots, pans and many more.
The villa includes 2 large balconies overlooking the Indian Ocean. The villa consists of fully furnished 5 bedrooms which could accommodate 8 persons. (extra beds available upon request) and 5 bathrooms with hot water . Bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
Beach front cabanas and another 2 bedroows will be available soon with newly built swimming pool with full butler service.Transport available from airport to villa and surrounding areas. Drivers quarters available free of charge.
