Thurings Holiday Bungalow is a guest house situated on the beautiful green misty mountains of Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. We are a small guest house with only 3 guest rooms (with a max of 6 -8 guests) making it an ideal place to stay with minimal interaction with other guests and staff.
Despite the tranquillity, Thurings Holiday Bungalow is within the city limits of Nuwara Eliya. Just 1.3 km from the Nuwara Eliya bus station, overlooking the green tea plantations of Nuwara Eliya and with a distance view of Adams Peak (Sri Pada) from the guest house. Plenty of hiking trails and a walking distance (800 meters) from the famous Gregory Lake make our guest an ideal place to relax away from the busy town of Nuwara Eliaya.
Our guest house is reachable from many directions and makes it an ideal base place to visit Horton Plains, World’s End, Haggala Botanical Garden, St. Clears, Devon and Lovers waterfalls and many more locations.
